What jobboards do you scrape?
In our standard packages, we scrape Linkedin and Indeed. We’ve done analysis on other jobboards and see that 95% of all jobs are either on Linkedin or Indeed. If you want to onboard a specific jobboard that is definitely possible. Please request that possibility in the meeting.
How do you present the data?
We have a database that you can access through API and a public database in Airtable that you can use to view and filter the data. Airtable also allows you to easily connect to any other sending tool through Zapier.
How do you find the contact data?
We first have to enrich the company information for each of the jobs we find. Having done this, we scan the job description for the contact details. If we don’t find the responsible contact we use an algorithm that we custom build based on your preferences to find the right hiring manager using job description, jobtitle, location and company size as input. We then rank the most likely contacts and choose the best one.
How often does the data update?
The data updates every hour during your local business hours giving you the freshest data in the market.
